After investigating several shelf factories, the customer finally selected three shelf factories which were established earlier and had more similar cases. The supplier was selected by tendering. Finally, our company succeeded in winning the bid through efforts. In the early stage, the company's technical department will recommend shuttle truck shelves and through shelves to customers according to customer description, customer's specific requirements and on-the-spot investigation. The dimensions and specifications of shelves are determined according to the characteristics and requirements of customers'stored goods. The order is as follows:

Shuttle truck rack: L1350 * W1250 * H5850mm, three floors, 15 groups of main frame, 285 groups of auxiliary frame, 769m track and anti-collision guardrail and other supporting equipment;

Through shelf: L1350*W1100*H7200mm, six-storey, 42 sets of main frame, 168 sets of auxiliary frame, and brackets and other supporting products.

The order took 31 working days from production to installation, and the customer put it into operation last Thursday.

The greatest advantage of shuttle truck shelves and through shelves is that the storage density is very large, but their specialty is relatively strong, suitable for the storage of a small variety of goods. Usually, a channel is used to store goods of the same specifications, and the access of goods can only follow the first-in-first-out or first-in-first-out principle.
